From 1 July 2021, all Construction Certificate (CC), Complying Development Certificate (CDC) applications (including modification applications) & Occupation Certificate applications must be lodged through the NSW Planning Portal. It will also be necessary to submit a completed Notice of Appointment of Principal Certifier (PC) & PC Service Agreement via the NSW Planning Portal prior to undertaking any Construction work.
